Comunicado Japon

UNISPICE’s team supports the Japanese people. The 8.9 Righter scale earthquake and the tsunami from Friday march 11, as well as the following events on Fukushima nuclear plant caused a tragedy of immeasurable proportions.

UNISPICE is confident that the situation will be eased by appropriate decisions taken by its leaders. Patience and time will be their best allies, as pain is buried, life returns to normal, and reconstruction is set-off.

We admire the Japanese people for their invaluable strength, capacity for teamwork and most of all, their ability to thrive on adversity. UNISPICE encourages them to keep these attitudes to start a new phase in Japan’s life.
